Student Recruitment Campaign: Cardinal & Gold Ad Agency Club
In spring 2022, I developed a student recruitment campaign for the Cardinal & Gold Ad Agency club. At the beginning of fall 2022, I worked with the exec board to execute the campaign. We gave presentations to entry-level advertising/PR classes, sent a notice through the Greenlee newsletter, created a new ClubFest board, put print ad style flyers around our department and created physical and digital handouts with QR codes. At the end of spring 2022, we had about 10 consistently attending members. As of October 2022, we have 25-30 consistently attending members and an email list of 60 students.



I created this media kit as part of an assignment for a journalism class. The C&G exec team used many of the components in the fall for our campaign. It includes a press release, contact list, fact list and PR strategy statement. We used several of the strategy ideas in our campaign execution.
