Hello! I'm Sara, and I'm a senior pursuing a career in content writing and digital marketing.

My passion for writing and communication first led me to the advertising program at Iowa State, and then a multitude of opportunities in content development, project management and event planning. 

 

Highlights from my first two years included leading a project-based advertising club, creating social media content for LAS Study Abroad, and planning networking events as a learning community peer mentor. This summer, I developed my content writing, social media management and collaboration skills in an agency setting through my internship at Deksia. I currently write articles and press releases as a writing intern for the Greenlee School. 

 

When not at school or work, you may find me dog-sitting, at CrossFit, or visiting my family in Alaska. 

 

I'm excited to continue on my career path and am continuing to seek internship and employment opportunities in preparation for graduating in May 2024.
